About the role
Hit the road and fix what matters. Work 75% in the field on tractors, headers, and balers. Tackle real ag gear with variety, freedom, and solid team support.

Duties

• Work on top-tier ag equipment: New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt
• Handle tractors, headers, balers – with occasional truck work
• 75% field-based; 25% workshop jobs
• On-call roster every 6 weeks (Mon–Sun), $180 for the week plus penalty rates for callouts
• Diagnose, repair & maintain ag machinery to keep farms moving
• Hours: Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm, overtime after 45 hrs/week
• Company vehicle & phone supplied
• $48–$55/hr + 3-month review for potential raise
• Supported accommodation available if relocating – share house for singles

Skills and experience

• Proven experience with ag machinery – New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Confident working on headers, tractors, balers, and general ag gear
• Field service experience highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and manage time on the road
• HR truck license a bonus but not essential
• Willingness to be on an on-call roster
• Great attitude, team player, and problem-solver
• Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic or equivalent
