What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be providing expert echocardiography services in a leading cardiology department. You'll work closely with clinicians to deliver accurate, high-quality diagnostic imaging that improves patient care.

• Performing echocardiograms to recognised clinical standards
• Prioritising inpatient and outpatient demands effectively
• Adapting imaging techniques for accurate clinical outcomes
• Ensuring patient dignity, privacy, and professionalism
• Participating in 24/7 on-call and ongoing professional growth

Essential Criteria:

• Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound (Cardiac)
• Registration: Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registery

Selection Criteria:

1. Accredited by the Australian Sonographer accreditation registry.
2. Postgraduate qualifications in Medical Sonography (Cardiac).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Commitment towards a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
5. Computer literacy.
6. Demonstrate high standard of practice within the profession, through the active involvement in areas such as conferences, lectures, seminars, continuing education or professional development.
