About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual role as Dealership Maintenance & Courtesy Bus Driver. You will play a key part in both creating a welcoming, well-presented environment for our guests and providing safe, comfortable transport to and from the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
Courtesy Bus Driver Duties

Provide a professional and friendly courtesy shuttle service for guests within the local area using a modern 6-seater Toyota vehicle

Greet guests warmly and assist them with refreshments if they remain onsite (tea, coffee, water, biscuits)

Ensure the courtesy vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

Dealership Maintenance Duties

Perform general maintenance tasks across the dealership (basic handyman duties)

Keep external areas of the dealership tidy and well-maintained

Carry out the daily cleaning of dealership facilities, including showrooms, customer lounges, staff areas, and amenities

Ensure all areas are presented to a consistently high standard of cleanliness and professionalism

Conduct minor repairs as required and escalate larger maintenance needs to management

Support the Service team with ad hoc tasks such as:

Post office deliveries

Grocery runs for the dealership

General administrative errands

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✔ A current full Victorian driver’s licence
✔ Good knowledge of the local area and roads
✔ Previous experience in basic property or facilities maintenance (preferred but not essential)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ A proactive, hands-on approach to your work
✔ A friendly, professional manner with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent guest service
