About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Holiday House Hero — a friendly, reliable, and energetic all-rounder who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences across our beautiful holiday homes in the Margaret River region.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety in their day, takes pride in a job well done, and can bring great energy, care and professionalism to everything from cleaning and guest check-ins to folding linen and managing social media posts. You’ll be a key part of our small, close-knit team, helping us grow while keeping our homes sparkling and our guests smiling.

This position offers 30–40 hours per week, depending on the season. Availability during school holidays is essential, as that’s when the magic happens!

Key Responsibilities

Clean and present holiday homes to a high standard

Complete property checks before and after guest stays

Provide warm, helpful guest communication and assistance during stays (on call as rostered)

Wash, fold, and pack linen with care

Re-stock and prepare houses for new arrivals

Assist with customer service and general admin tasks

Create and post occasional content for our social media platforms

Be ready to jump in and help wherever needed!

What We’re Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and love for hospitality

High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Great communication and people skills

Reliable and organised, with initiative and common sense

A team player who’s also confident working independently

Full driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required

Bonus Points If You Have

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience

Customer service or tourism experience

Basic social media know-how

Local knowledge of the Margaret River region
