YOUR ROLE
As an Accountant in this team, you will be tasked with:
Complete all tasks within required timeframes, demonstrating care and diligence.
Deliver client work with meticulous attention to detail.
Manage day-to-day client relations, effectively handling challenging situations.
Keep systems and processes up to date and accurate in real-time.
Actively address internal queries to achieve the best outcomes for the team.
Regularly review systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, challenging the status quo as needed.
ABOUT YOU
The firm is seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:
Current experience in an Australian accounting firm.
Proficiency in preparing financial statements and tax returns for entities and groups.
Experience, with a focus on cloud-based technology.
Proficient in Xero, MYOB and/or QuickBooks Online
Capable of providing strategic tax planning recommendations to clients.
Ability to manage a diverse small to medium-sized client portfolio.
