Hinch Plumbing is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Qualified Plumber to join our growing team in Geelong, VIC — with an immediate start available. This full-time position offers the chance to work across residential and light commercial projects in the Greater Geelong and Surf Coast regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Completing a wide range of plumbing tasks, including general plumbing and roofing

Diagnosing and resolving issues with confidence and attention to detail

Managing your own jobs through ServiceM8

Liaising with clients, offering expert advice and building long-term trust

Preparing materials in advance to ensure smooth project delivery

Maintaining compliance with all plumbing regulations and safety standards

Supporting the team with a positive, can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For

Registered or licensed plumber (Victoria)

White Card + Working at Heights (mandatory)

Experience in roof plumbing and general plumbing is highly regarded

Familiarity with plumbing codes and best practices

Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces

Reliable, punctual, and well-organised

Strong communicator and problem-solver — takes initiative, not shortcuts

Willing to grow, take feedback, and be part of something bigger
