GUEST SERVICES AGENT - THE LOUISE - BAROSSA VALLEY

We now have an exciting full-time opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Agent to join The Louise team. This multi-faceted role will see you meeting and greeting our discerning guests, processing arrivals and departures, maintaining room accounts, assisting with guest enquiries, working on various administrative tasks and generally being a pivotal point of contact for all guests.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a similar role

Impeccable presentation and phone manner

Outstanding guest relations and communication skills

Flair for organisation with an eye for detail

Great local Barossa Valley knowledge

Ability to work under pressure and without supervision

Experience with RMS reservations system (or similar) and Microsoft Office programs
