We are seeking a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse to join our supportive team in Rooty Hill. If you’re committed to empowering patients, reducing health inequities, and working in a team that genuinely cares—this is the place for you.

Your Role
As a Registered Nurse at Healthicare, you will play a central role in supporting the clinical team and providing high-quality nursing care. You will work with patients across the lifespan, with a strong focus on chronic disease management, preventative health, and culturally safe care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical support for health assessments, care plans, and chronic disease reviews

Administer immunisations and assist with wound care and procedures

Deliver patient education and health promotion

Manage recalls, reminders, results, and documentation in line with RACGP standards

Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment to ensure seamless, person-centred care

What You’ll Bring

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Experience in a general practice or primary care setting (preferred)

Knowledge of General Practice software such as Best Practice or Medical Director

Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and clinical skills

A commitment to equity, diversity, and culturally safe care

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Up-to-date CPR and immunisation certification
