If you’re ready for an exciting new challenge, we have many opportunities for Bus Drivers to join our friendly region-based teams, working a Fly-In-Fly-Out roster across Western Australia’s remote sites. Permanent, full-time Sodexo Employees will receive a daily allowance in addition to their ordinary wages for shifts performed on site.

Qualifications

Our Bus Drivers are team players, have a can-do attitude, are flexible and always remain focused on safety and service delivery. To be successful, you’ll need:

Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights

To be located in Perth, WA at time of application

Experience driving a 53+ seat bus or coach

To pass a 53 seat Bus Driving Assessment at our Balcatta office

To undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing

You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months

MR or higher license (HR or higher preferred)

PTD Authorisation or willingness to obtain one.

What You'll Do:
As a Bus Driver with Sodexo, you will play a key role in safely transporting passengers to and from the village, mine site, and airport, ensuring safety and reliability. You’ll be working an 11-hour shift on a 2:1 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off).

Key duties include:

Operating a variety of large passenger vehicles to safely transport passengers

Conducting daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness

Supporting the village team with secondary tasks when required
