The role:
This role is pivotal in enhancing the lives of our clients through the efficient and effective delivery of professional nursing care, focusing on clinical governance and complex care in NDIS settings. You will be at the heart of ensuring that our services not only meet but exceed professional and industry standards.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Personal Care
• Manual Handling (including wheelchair transfers, variety of lifting machines including sling hoist, sit-to-stand lifter, etc).
• Mealtime assistance
• Catheter/Bowel/PEG tube care/ trache
• Companionship
• Medication Administration
• Light Housekeeping
• Assisting clients to access the community
• Running errands for clients

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, Assistant in Nursing, or extensive industry experience or Student Nurse.
• NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
• Must have own vehicle and driver's licence
• You must be willing to undertake and complete our mandatory paid internal e-learning and competency programs in the timeframe allocated to you.
• You must be confident in detecting and reporting any concerns to your clinical manager.
• You must be willing to think outside the box and find those gems that will make your client's life better.
