About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced LO Operator to join our team based in Kemps Creek & Marsden Park. As an LO Operator, you'll play a key role in our warehouse operations, ensuring products are safely picked, moved, and loaded using Order Pickers (LO machines) in a fast-paced environment.

Kemps Creek: Day Shift 7am - 3pm $35.95

Marsden Park: Afternoon Shift 2pm - 10pm $39.84

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate LO OrderPicker machines safely and efficiently
• Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick slips or RF scanners
• Load and unload goods in compliance with OH&S standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Valid LO (Order Picker) licence (required)
• Proven experience operating LO equipment in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Physically fit and able to lift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including potential weekends and overtime
