THE ROLE: CARPENTER / SUBBIE TEAM You’ll be across all aspects of the build—from set-out and frame to fix and finish. No babysitting. No fluff. Just solid work with a tight crew who back each other and know what good looks like.

You’ll need to:

Bring your own tools

Be forward thinking

Read plans and figure things out on the fly

Work solo or with apprentices depending on the day

Keep things clean, tight, and moving forward

This is a role for someone who doesn’t complain about hard work or travel. You own your results, help the team, and step up when needed.
