We are looking for a Qualified or Experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team.

About Our Business:
We are a small Perth-based family run Company which services the entire Metropolitan area from Yanchep down to Mandurah. Our Managing Director, John, is a Qualified Painter & Decorator with 20+ years industry experience. We offer mainly epoxy floor coatings to residential and commercial customers, but also residential & commercial painting work in between.

The Role:
We are looking for an all rounder who is looking to expand their painting skills into epoxy flooring. Your painting knowledge is crucial here, as you would assist in mixing, cutting & rolling these specialist coatings in all residential & commercial applications. A high level of attention to detail & skill is required, which is where your painting experience will shine, along with the on-the-job training you will receive. When not assisting with epoxy flooring, you will be scheduled on all other painting projects - of which we have some larger commercial jobs in the pipeline for the end of 2025.

What we need from you:
- 3-5 years experience in residential or commercial painting is non-negotiable.
- A painting qualification will be highly regarded, but not always essential.
- Experience with concrete preparation (grinding) will be highly regarded but not essential.
- We accept nothing but high quality, clean finishes - and we're fussy! We expect a high level of attention to detail.
- Epoxy work can be labour intensive, far moreso than painting. You must be fit, hard working and willing to get messy.
- Drivers license & own vehicle is a must
- A Construction White Card

This is a Casual Role, with work hours generally Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm dependent on the job at hand - averaging 32 - 38 hours per week. Some Saturday work may be required to complete jobs on schedule. This may develop into a full-time permanent role once your place in the team is established and workmanship has been proven. We have availability for an immediate start for the right person.
