• Ongoing support and training, and a good work/life balance – most days our techs are working 8am-4pm.
• Need some extra cash? There will also be the opportunity for overtime if desired, but this is not essential.

About the role

Whether you’re a qualified pest technician or inspector, we are seeking an easy-going team player who is well presented, reasonably fit, enjoys problem solving, and wants to work with colleagues who like and trust them.

Looking for variety? We cover most facets of the industry from coptos to cockies to corella control, on sites large and small and without a requirement to return to base each day.

You’ll have the opportunity to participate on both sides of our training and mentoring program, working with a close-knit team on some sites while also being given the space to work autonomously (always with leadership and office support).

The right recruit will:

• Have a current drivers licence and pest qualification.
• Be easy going and enjoy interacting with people.
• Enjoy problem solving and working in a variety of situations.
• Take pride in their work, and in creating happy customers.
• Be comfortable with ServiceM8 or other work management apps.
• Already be living in Victoria and have the right to work in Australia.
