Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong technical background and a passion for the waste recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using a range of recycling machinery and technologies.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Be the point of contact and technical expert for clients during the installation, tailoring and maintenance of waste recycling equipment

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales with specific experience in the waste recycling industry.

Hands-on experience with waste recycling machinery from Europe, the UK, and Ireland is essential.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of recycling technologies and environmental solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel as required.
