Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled plastic fabricator to join our team. This is a hands-on role and you will be butt welding HDPE SeaPen frames and using an extrusion welder to weld on additional components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clean and precise butt welding of HDPE plastic components used in SeaPen frames. Maintain the butt welding equipment.
• Operate and maintain an extrusion welder to ensure strong, clean welds.
• Follow detailed fabrication plans and work independently and as part of a team.
• Ensure all work meets safety, durability, and quality standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in plastic welding/fabrication, particularly butt welding and extrusion welding.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, have reliable transport and an outstanding work ethic.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
