About the role

This full-time Concretor role offers an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Gold Coast Foundations' in Burleigh Heads, QLD. As a Concretor, you will play a crucial part in the construction and maintenance of residential and commercial properties, contributing to the growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and pouring concrete foundations, slabs, and other concrete structures to specification

Ensuring the proper mixing, placement, and finishing of concrete

Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine work requirements

Operating and maintaining concrete equipment and tools

Collaborating with the construction team to coordinate concrete work and meet project deadlines

Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards

Providing exceptional customer service to clients

What we're looking for

Formal training or apprenticeship in concreting or a related construction trade

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Concretor

Strong understanding of concrete mixing, placement, and finishing techniques

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Commitment to safety and quality standards

Strong communication and teamwork skills
