Your new role
We're recruiting for a full-time High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy cold storage facility across the Gold Coast. This is a stable, full-time opportunity within a well-organised and safety-focused warehouse.
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid Forklift Licence
- Experience operating High Reach forklifts
- Counterbalance experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable working in cold storage
- Reliable, detail-focused, and safety-driven
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Key Responsibilities
- Operating High Reach forklifts - (Cold storage environment highly regarded but not essential)
- Handling inbound and outbound goods
- General warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining stock accuracy using basic computer systems
- Following all safety and hygiene procedures
What you'll get in return
- Full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday)
- Flexible start times: 5am, 6am, 7am or 8am
- 8-hour shifts
- Salary: $65,000-$73,000 + super
- Supportive team and structured work environment
