Protech is seeking a Warehouse Officer with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety to join our team at Foxleigh Mine.

Protech have partnered with Foxleigh Coal Mine since early 2019. Foxleigh Coal Mine is located 15km from Middlemount, Queensland. The mine has an annual production capacity of 3 million tonnes of coal, and the longevity of the pit provides security in your mining career, with an expected minimum of 10 years mine life remaining.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The positions involved day to day warehousing tasks including receipting of freight, stock management activities, safe loading/unloading of goods, use of computer-based warehouse systems, safe operation of forklift plus other warehouse functions.

7/7 even time roster, 12-hours (alternating dayshift & nightshift) – with the option of even time pays!

Competitive Hourly Rate - $53.74/ hr

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum two years' experience in warehousing and distribution within mining or a heavy industry environment.

Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Current forklift licence and minimum 2 years continuous experience.

Current QLD Drivers Licence.

Current Standard 11 SOA.

Current Coal Board Medical (Health Assessment)
