Neurodiverse Playhouse and Podiatry HQ are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to start and grow our OT service. If you're passionate about neurodivergent children, want to work in-playhouse (not on the road), and are ready to build a team around shared neuroaffirming values, this is your opportunity.

About the role:

Full-time OT role with a majority in-playhouse caseload

Be the first OT to launch and shape our OT service

Use primitive reflex integration, sensory and regulation-based supports

Deliver creative, child-led therapy in our purpose-built indoor and outdoor therapy environments

Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team – including Exercise Physiologists, Art Therapists, Paediatric Podiatrists' and Learning Integration Practitioners

Grow into a leadership role and build a team that shares your values

Ongoing mentoring, clinical supervision and support from a progressive leadership team
