About the role

We're seeking a skilled Guillotine Operator to join our dynamic team at Superior Paper's manufacturing facility in Kurnell, NSW. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for operating high-precision guillotine machines to cut and trim paper to the required specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential as you play a crucial part in our production process.

Role Overview:

Operating guillotine machines to cut and trim paper to precise measurements

Adhering to safety protocols and quality control standards to ensure consistent, high-quality output

Monitoring machine performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise

Collaborating with the production team to optimise workflow and maintain efficient operations

Maintaining detailed records of production activities and completing relevant documentation

Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Regular overtime is available

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Guillotine Operator

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

Proficient in the use of guillotine machines Polar guillotines is an advantage

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment
