We're partnering with a dynamic and fast-paced global bank that’s looking for an experienced Fixed Income Settlements Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute settlement of Fixed Income DVP and cash trades via Austraclear
• Monitor Austraclear activities and troubleshoot any issues throughout the settlement day
• Accurately reconcile and fund Fixed Income currency accounts in a timely manner
• Manage and escalate unmatched or failing trades
• Reconcile intercompany movements and support settlements process
• Engage with traders, confirmation teams, and clients (internal and external)
• Maintain accurate SSI/static data for counterparties and instruments
• Investigate and resolve nostro and cash breaks
• Complete daily reporting and maintain adherence to team controls and procedures

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in Fixed Income Settlements, ideally within Austraclear
• Confident working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Risk-aware and compliance-conscious approach
• Collaborative team player who can also operate independently
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
