Position Title: Retail Pharmacist

Employment Type: Full-time

Hourly Rate: $50 - $55

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Retail Pharmacist to join, and fit in with our vibrant and enthusiastic team. We want someone willing to drive customer care and service, have an active role in leadership and nurture within the team environment, and perform all dispensing duties to the highest professional standards.

We require someone with thorough product knowledge, excellent counselling and housekeeping skills, an apt knowledge of the Minfos Dispense System, and willing to train and mentor junior staff as required.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for patient care, a strong commitment to enhancing community health, and be willing to work with other healthcare providers to optimise patient care outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia

Registration: Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Victoria, AHPRA

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Retail Pharmacist (preferred)

Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, customer-focused, problem-solving abilities, easy going personality and social skills, works well within a team environment.
