About the Role

Aquatech Grouting is a leading specialist in leaking shower repairs, waterproofing, regrouting, and wall and floor tiling across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.

We’re looking for an experienced Tiler and Waterproofer to join our in-house team. In this full-time role, you’ll be completing epoxy regrouting, tile repairs, wet area waterproofing, and shower sealing across residential and commercial properties.

All jobs are pre-booked, with full administrative support — so you can focus on delivering quality workmanship without the stress of chasing clients or quotes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Regrouting leaking showers, balconies, and splashbacks

Waterproofing bathrooms and wet areas (with or without licence)

Wall and floor tiling, including repairs and full retiles

Preparing surfaces and applying epoxy grout and silicone sealants

Using job app to manage schedule and updates

Communicating with clients and maintaining clean job sites

Must-Haves ✅

✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience in tiling and/or waterproofing
✔ Valid Waterproofing Licence (or willing to obtain)
✔ Current Driver’s Licence
✔ Strong work ethic, eye for detail, and good presentation
✔ Police check or willingness to obtain
✔ Legal working rights in Australia
