About the Role
Join a globally recognised consulting firm as a SAP Basis Senior Consultant, delivering strategic SAP technology initiatives across enterprise environments. This is a leadership role offering end-to-end project involvement from architecture design to delivery, while mentoring junior consultants and engaging directly with clients to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients on SAP architecture, performance optimisation, and risk mitigation

Lead complex SAP Basis projects including upgrades, migrations, and implementations

Design future-ready SAP system architectures across ECC, S/4HANA, and HANA

Provide technical leadership, innovation, and quality assurance

Build and manage vendor and partner relationships

Mentor junior team members and support their growth

Serve as a key client contact to understand and deliver on business needs

Skills and Experience

Extensive experience as an SAP Basis Consultant with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and HANA

Expertise in SAP Basis administration, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and security

Deep knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, Solution Manager, and HANA DB management

Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills

Proven track record of complex project delivery and stakeholder management

Must have Baseline clearance and be eligible for NV1
