We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Incoming Goods Officer to join a busy warehouse team in Archerfield. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on receiving work and administrative tasks, and who is confident working independently within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Current LF Forklift Licence - essential
• Proven experience in receiving/inwards goods within a warehouse setting
• Strong ERP system skills (Navision, Netsuite, or similar), with proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions on the warehouse floor
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Physically fit and safety-focused
• Own reliable transport required

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive and process incoming deliveries in a timely manner
• Update stock locations and manage inventory transactions using ERP systems
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding order discrepancies
• Assist with replenishment and put-away, including wrapping and preparing pallets
• Support racking coordination and stock allocation for dispatch
• Safely operate forklifts to unload trucks and move inventory
