This dual-position is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and making a tangible impact. You will manage a residential portfolio of 30 well-maintained properties while spearheading the growth of our rental presence throughout North Lakes and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:

• Manage a residential portfolio of 30 properties
• Conduct entry, routine, and exit inspections with detailed reporting
• Coordinate maintenance, liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tenancy legislation
• Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords alike

Business Development:

• Identify and secure new property management opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the rental roll
• Convert leads into signed managements
• Attend networking and community events to build local presence

About You:

• Proven experience in Property Management, Business Development, an/or a hybrid role
• Confident in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of tenancy legislation and the North Lakes rental market
• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate or License
• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license (if opting out of company car package)
