About the role

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our dynamic team at Point Avoca Beach, NSW. This casual role is approximately 35 hrs per week, where you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

What you'll be doing

Barista/ coffee making / cold drinks

Supervising staff

Cash reconciliation

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

Taking food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate order entry and timely service

Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers' satisfaction

Providing excellent customer service

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a barista role in the hospitality industry

A warm, friendly and customer-focused approach

Strong barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation

not fussed on latte art ,just good coffees

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
