You’ll be working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud, and be deeply involved in driving project delivery, documentation, and post-go-live support.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions
• Translate requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools like Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects and Approval Processes
• Work across multiple Salesforce Clouds including Nonprofit Cloud
• Document processes, user stories and solution decisions
• Act as the functional lead between clients and delivery teams
• Support testing, training and go-live transitions
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend feature improvements

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud
• Strong grasp of Salesforce platform capabilities and declarative configuration
• Salesforce Administrator certification (a must); other certifications a bonus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in Agile teams and fast-paced project environments
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain high standards of work
