Uber Australia is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and self-starting individual to assist with a communications and project management focused role for the Driver Growth and Experience team. Role: Driver-Partner Growth and Communications Specialist, ANZ

Shift times: Weekdays only, must have availability to work up to 38 hours per week; 9am - 5pm

Start date: ASAP

Location: Sydney, with hybrid work options available

Pay rate: $37.66p/h plus super

About the role

This role will rely on strong communication and strategic thinking skills. You will support your manager in the delivery of end-to-end projects like the Advisory Forums, setting up feedback sessions for driver-partners, and contribute to the execution of the driver-partner Growth strategy in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities and tasks:

- End-to-end program management of Uber’s engagement initiatives. This includes planning Uber’s Advisory Forum, roundtable discussions, and other research related activities, as well as supporting and executing Uber’s ambassador program.

- Liaising and communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. This includes building project and communication briefs, organising approvals from cross-functional stakeholders, reviewing communication assets to ensure quality, and keeping track of driver-partner feedback and engagement.

- Generating reports and insights for the driver team, with the objective of improving driver-partner experience. This includes reviewing engagement metrics, generating reports and insights as necessary.

Requirements

- Have empathy and previous experience with building stakeholder relationships (note that this role is customer-facing)

- Previous project management experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient at using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Slides

- Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly

- Strong attention to detail and organisation

- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders

- Can work autonomously

- Excellent project management

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and remain accountable
