RSPCA South Australia is looking for a Retail Assistant to work within our Rundle Street Op Shop.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a retail assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience and that the store is well maintained and visually appealing.

In the role you will:

Greet customers and assist with product enquires and purchases

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance shopping experience

Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment

Handle cash transactions and operate the POS systems accurately

Stock shelves, replenish inventory and monitor stock levels

Assist with merchandising and display setup to promote products

Collaborate with our Volunteers

About you:

The successful candidate will be energetic, take initiative and demonstrate the personal drive to exceed targets. You will be a 'self starter' with a strong sense of time management and organisational skills. You will encompass a positive personality, with a flexible attitude and the ability to ensure high priority to customer satisfaction is provided. You will encompass excellent written skills and strong attention to detail, ensuring work produced is accurate and consistently meets quality standards.
