We have an opportunity for an Experienced Auto Electrician to join our team based at our Acacia Ridge premises.

This is a varied role assembly, fault finding and repair of mobile equipment.

Job Description

• This is a varied role and will include electrical fit out of mobile equipment. Including lights, radios, CANBUS control systems etc, applicant must be able to follow job paperwork and read drawings.
• This role is primarily building new mobile equipment but will involve some refurbishment work of existing of heavy plant equipment.
• Position will suit a person who likes variety in their work, willing to learn about new equipment, can work well with other team members and is reliable.
• Quality testing of installed or repaired electrical components,
• Participate in training, development and supervision of electrical apprentices.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have:

• Certificate III Automotive Electrical
• Experience in CANBUS/Fieldbus control systems is an advantage
• Drive and energy to take ownership of their work
• Ability to follow directions and/or procedures
• Current Drivers Licence (Heavy Rigid an advantage)
