Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Responding promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assisting customers throughout the entire sales journey — from first hello to final handover
• Building strong relationships and delivering standout service even after the sale
• Network and support company in trade shows and events (travel involved)
• Supporting the setup and presentation of showroom displays and events
• Managing and following up leads effectively to achieve and exceed sales targe

• Genuine passion for Sales and the passion to learn!
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Confidence to close sales and hit the ground running
• Self-driven and capable of working both independently and within a team
• Comfortable using technology, with good numeracy and admin skills
