Our client, an independent Federally funded entity focused on helping the disability community is seeking a Test Lead to join their team in late July or early August.

Responsibilities

• Develop Test Strategy and Test Planning documents to align with project release plans and delivery methodology
• Manage the testing information system repository and team access or connectivity required as part of the overall testing toolset
• Manage business user engagement to participate in test activities (e.g. UAT)
• Identify and plan test activities for the testing resources for the various testing deliverables for the project

Criteria

• At least 10+ years’ experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager, in a large complex organisation.
• Proven experience building successful relationships across teams and suppliers to effectively manage critical path dependencies and escalations.
• Extensive experience managing a team of Testers, but also willingness to still be hands on with the tools.
• Proven track record managing and leading testing deliverables.
