Seeking long term Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist (graduate or experienced) to join our growing team and expanding clinic in Hervey Bay!

Initially 3 days/week - increasing to full time is available.

Gentle Dental Hervey Bay is a general dental practice, based in Hervey Bay. We are equipped with new and modern equipment with very high new patient numbers. Now looking to expand the team to include another Practitioner to help manage and support our fast growing patient base demands.

We are locals; family owned and operated - providing the highest level of care to our patients. We pride ourselves on building positive relationships with each and every one of our patients.

Role

We are looking for a long term Practitioner to join the team and to work collaboratively alongside our Principal Dentist to deliver the best oral health service to our patients in our wider community with a focus on orthodontics, implant restorations as well as a full scope of general dentistry!

The right candidate will support our professional and motivated team culture where we put patient care and patient experiences above all.

You must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build authentic rapports.

You will be provided clinical support and be encouraged to maintain regular professional development and training.

The successful candidate will possess:

-Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

-Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration, radiation license and indemnity insurance

-Ability to maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes as well as write quality referral letters

-Enthusiasm to participate actively as a team member

-Strong work ethic

-Ability to maintain high clinical standards with a calm and gentle bedside manner
