About the role

Tribe Property Co is looking for a casual cleaner to join our team in Benowa, QLD. This is a casual position, offering flexibility in your work schedule. As a casual cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

Performing general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising all areas of the property

Stocking and replenishing cleaning supplies as needed

Ability to operate a push scrubbing floor cleaner

Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised work environment

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the property management team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably in a commercial setting

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Strong time management and organisational skills

A proactive and flexible approach to your work

A friendly, customer-service oriented personality

Reliable transportation to access the work site
