This is a Monday to Friday position with a 6:30am start, working 8-10 hours per day - meaning excellent earning potential and the chance to beat traffic both ways. 💰 EXCEPTIONAL PACKAGE - WHAT YOU'LL EARN

• $38-45 per hour + 11.5% superannuation
• Weekly pay - guaranteed, never late
• $21.95 daily travel allowance
• Meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
• Time and a half + double time overtime rates
• Ongoing roles - not just casual work

🔧 THE ROLE We need experienced civil operators with current tickets for:

• Excavators
• Rollers
• Skid Steer Loaders
• Moxy Dump Trucks
• Other civil plant equipment

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting trades and civil construction operations
• Collaborating with site management on civil projects
• Material handling and site maintenance
• Independent operation on civil construction sites
• Power tool operation for civil works

✅ WHAT YOU NEEDEssential:

• Current White Card
• Full Australian work rights
• 12+ months construction experience
• Experience in your chosen ticket
• Strong teamwork skills
• Full PPE kit

Highly Desirable:

• Own reliable transport (to access multiple Brisbane locations)
• Multiple equipment tickets
• Flexibility to work across Chermside, Logan, and Brisbane CBD sites
