Role Overview
Smart Rehab is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our friendly mobile team across Sydney. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, wants flexibility in their schedule, and is passionate about making a real impact in clients’ lives.

You'll work with people of all ages, supporting them to gain or regain independence in everyday life – at home, work, or in the community. With a base salary plus performance bonuses, travel support, and a genuine work-life balance, we’ve got your back from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with functional assessments and tailored therapy plans

- Recommending equipment, environmental changes, and strategies to support independence

- Working closely with families, support teams, and other health professionals

- Documenting progress and adjusting plans to meet client goals

- Providing services in the community and at clients’ homes across Sydney

Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

- Registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia

- Experience preferable but new grads are welcome

- Comfortable working across age groups – from kids to the elderly

- A confident communicator and proactive team player.
