The Opportunity

Toll People are currently seeking experienced Medium Rigid (MR) Drivers for gas cylinder deliveries based out of our client's depot in Tamworth. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent the Toll Group with professionalism, safety, and reliability. This is a Monday to Friday role, with occasional Saturday work during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload gas cylinders (full and empty) from delivery truck
• Conduct multi-drop deliveries across the Tamworth / New England Area (25-40 stops per day)
• Carry out pre-start vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Complete all required paperwork and delivery documentation
• Manage stock and maintain accurate cylinder counts
• Conduct gas cylinder exchanges at customer sites (domestic customers)
• Check cylinder joints for leaks and operate the truck's tailgate safely

What We're Looking For

• A current MR Driver's Licence with at least 2 years' experience
• A strong safety focus and knowledge of fatigue management regulations
• Clean and responsible driving history
• Two solid work references that confirm driving ability
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
