The Petrel Hotel in Geelong West is looking for experienced kitchen porters and kitchen all rounders to join the team.

Main tasks include but are not limited to

Basic food preparation

Maintain dishwashing area

Kitchen pack down

Assist Front of House with needs for service

Stock rotation

Supporting senior chefs during service
