About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is equally confident providing patient-centred care and ensuring the smooth coordination of clinical and administrative workflows. You’ll be responsible for delivering quality healthcare services while maintaining accurate and detailed records, managing communications, and coordinating patient care with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, efficient health screenings and assessments for patients during onsite visits

Accurately document clinical notes and patient information with strong attention to detail

Coordinate follow-up care, manage appointment scheduling, and assist in online bookings

Liaise proactively with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient outcomes

Support various administrative functions including:

Detailed data entry using Medical Director

Follow-up on test results

Patient communication and scheduling

Setting up internal meetings and maintaining task workflows

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help drive operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 1 year experience in general medical, surgical, or aged care environments

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and data entry

Strong administrative capability and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset

Proficiency in telehealth and medical software systems (e.g. Medical Director)

A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and patient engagement

Bonus: Sales awareness and interest in service promotion

Must be able to travel interstate
