Jallarah Homes Inc is a small community-based not-for-profit home located in a small town of Meningie on the edge of Lake Albert about 1.5 Hr from Adelaide. Our modern, 30 bed home has a lovely outlook over the town and Lake.

Jallarah Homes is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the team. Our focus is on ensuring an excellent quality of care to residents and by extension, their families.

Key responsibilities include:

Communicating effectively

Supporting person centred practices

Delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to the consumers.

Carrying out and monitoring relevant nursing observation, and assessments for the residents and report to the management when needed.

Adhering to WHS and other relevant legislation and standards and workplace policies and procedures

Maintaining quality and practice improvement

Building and maintaining relationships with residents, families, others involved.

To be successful in this position you will have:

Bachelor of Nursing

Registration with AHPRA

Current Immunisation history - Influenza

Can-Do attitude
