We’re on the lookout for asphalt crew members to join one of Victoria’s leading civil contractors specialising in road construction, resurfacing and subdivisions. This is an opportunity to join ongoing projects across the region, with temp-to-perm potential, career progression, and industry-leading pay.

• Rake Hands / Level Hands
• Paver Operators
• Roller Operators

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Laying and compacting asphalt on roads, car parks, and subdivisions
• Raking, levelling and prepping surfaces
• Operating rollers and/or working alongside paver machines
• Assisting with site clean-up, patch work and resurfacing
• Working in a tight-knit crew with experienced foremen

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Previous experience on asphalt crews (essential for most roles)
• VOCs/tickets for Paver or Roller (desirable, not essential)
• White Card
• Own transport & valid driver’s licence (sites may not be public transport accessible)
• A good attitude and willingness to work 10-hour days, 5–6 days/week
