With over 85 Medical Centres nationwide, ForHealth offers health professionals the opportunity to work in collaboration with GPs and other healthcare providers within a well-established, high-traffic clinical setting.

Role Purpose:

To provide holistic care, clinical assessments, diagnoses and care interventions at an advanced practice level within the Nurse Practitioner’s (NPs) specific area of focus. Practice within applicable legislative and regulatory frameworks, AHPRA Nurse Practitioner Standards & professional code of conduct within the NP framework.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Currently accepting RNs with Nurse Practitioner endorsement only (AHPRA registered)
✔ Experience in Aged care, or primary care settings
✔ Ability to travel and work across various Sydney locations
✔ Unrestricted working rights in Australia
✔ Available Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm
