About Our Client

WorkPac is seeking a reliable and motivated Process Worker to join our client’s production team in Tamworth. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, a strong focus on safety, and a desire to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be supporting production operations from raw material handling to dispatch, while keeping the workspace organised, clean, and efficient.

What You Will Be Doing:

Operate machinery to convert flat steel coil into building products.

Assist with picking, packing, loading, and dispatching store items.

Follow all safety procedures and conduct regular equipment checks.

Keep production and work areas clean, tidy, and secure.

Carry out quality checks and report faults or breakdowns as needed.

Participate in stocktakes and general site housekeeping tasks.

What You Will Need:

Must hold and maintain a current NSW Class C driver’s licence.

Forklift licence and experience highly regarded.

Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or machine operation is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-first attitude.
