About the Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse mix of commercial litigation work, including:

General contractual and commercial disputes

Insolvency and restructuring matters

Corporations Act and shareholder/director disputes

Regulatory and compliance matters

Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings

This role offers excellent client exposure, strong mentoring, and a clear development pathway within the firm.

Key Requirements

2–5 years’ post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Solid technical knowledge and attention to detail

Confident managing files and working with autonomy when required
