THE ROLE
Be the face of a trusted and growing brand, helping clients transform their outdoor spaces with practical, high-quality solutions. Based out of our Flinders Park office, you’ll operate as a Sales & Design Consultant within our Paving and Retaining Department, meeting with clients in their homes to assess, design, and quote for paving and retaining wall projects.
This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential — and you’ll only be working with qualified, inbound leads. That means no cold calling is required.
It’s an autonomous role, ideal for someone confident managing their own schedule. As many client appointments take place after hours or on weekends, you’ll need flexibility in your working hours to meet customer demand.
WHAT YOU WILL OFFER
The ideal candidate will have:
Great customer service and an ability to build strong relationships.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Extremely organised with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to consistently convert leads into sales.
Previous experience with in-home selling and a proven track record.
Valid Drivers License & own reliable vehicle
Previous experience in the construction or home improvement industry will be highly regarded.
Ability to consistently achieve sales budgets and KPI's.
Strong computer literacy skills.
A strong work ethic.
Ability to proactively and effectively deal with customer requests.
Be happy to work evenings and Saturdays mornings where required.

This position offers earning potential in excess of $150,000 and we are seeking a high performing long-term person that is willing to grow with the company. Training will be provided on in-house systems and products.
