Qualifications & experience

• Current & Valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements
• Commercial Driver's Fatigue Management Certificate (validity within 2 years)
• Valid National Police Clearance
• Proven as a Road Train Operator - carting triple side tippers and self-loading with a front end loader
• Experience operating in an on-road and off-road environment
• Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Tasks & responsibilities

• Transporting Ore and Bulk Haulage across various sites
• Driving Triple/Quad Road trains
• Side Tippers & Self Loading
• Safely Operate Road trains, following all traffic laws and regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel and delivery hours
• Follow company policies and procedures for vehicle maintenance and safety
