Evolve is not your average gym. We’re a boutique training studio that has been operating for over 10 years, now located in a brand-new facility in Bayswater. Our mission is simple but powerful: to help people who’ve been let down by the mainstream fitness industry — whether that’s through lack of results, chronic pain, injuries, long-term health conditions, or years of neglect — to truly reclaim their health.

We blend elite-level personal training, functional health principles, nutrition planning, and advanced biomechanical screening to deliver outcomes far beyond typical group training or cookie-cutter PT.

🔹 About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, open-minded trainer who’s hungry to grow. This role starts part time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time load. You’ll deliver both 1:1 and semi-private sessions using custom programs that you’ll write (with guidance), based on our industry-leading assessment process — which we’ll teach you in detail.

You’ll be supported by a team that takes care of sales, onboarding, client communication, and retention — allowing you to focus on coaching and creating real impact.

🔹 What You’ll Need

Cert III & IV in Fitness (Required)

Degree in Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology (Preferred, not essential)

Current First Aid & CPR

ABN and Insurance
