Mornington Peninsula | POL 1 & POL 2 Opportunities
We’re partnering with a Catholic secondary school on the Mornington Peninsula to recruit for two key Positions of Leadership commencing in Term 3, 2025. These are full-time roles with time release and appointments running through to the end of the 2026 school year.
Campus Aspire9 Leader – POL 1
Rosebud | Term 3, 2025 – End of 2026 | 5-period time allowance
The Aspire9 Campus Leader assists the Director of Aspire9 in leading the staff and students involved in the Aspire9 Program at each Campus.
The Aspire9 Program aims are to educate the whole person; build strong relationships that enhance a positive and supportive learning environment and develop self-aware learners who are active in the community and the wider world. The program has been developed to foster a range of 21st century skills including innovation, collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity. It is an inclusive program that engages and extends all students.
This is a POL 1 position with a 5-period time allocation from Term 3, 2025 until the end of the 2026 school year.
Learning Enhancement Coordinator (Years 10–12) – POL 2
Mornington | Term 3, 2025 – End of 2026 | 26-period time allowance
Dynamic and faith-driven leaders are invited to apply for the role of Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinator.
This person, in conjunction with the Director of Learning Enhancement, is responsible for promoting and ensuring an inclusive educational environment through the coordination, oversight and monitoring of students with disabilities or with additional learning support needs on their Campus.
This will include coordinating a caring and dedicated team of Learning Support Officers and teachers to plan and coordinate the delivery of additional support for individual students and their learning needs.
The Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinator leads and works collaboratively with teachers and the Learning Enhancement support staff to cater for the needs of students who require extra assistance to reach their potential, and to provide those students with access to the curriculum by supporting their classroom learning.
This is a POL 2 position with a 26-period time allocation at the Mornington from Term 3, 2025 until the end of the 2026 school year.
Requirements
Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
Recognised secondary teaching qualifications
Relevant experience in teaching and/or learning support
Full working rights in Australia
